Travel Grants will be made available if funding permits. Please email molly@penguinconference.org to receive an announcement and application for grant funds if and when available.

We are pleased to support the International Penguin Conference by sponsoring Dr. Nola Parsons’ travel from South Africa. Dr. Parsons is a veterinarian working for SANCCOB (since 2001) while pursuing her PhD at the University of Cape Town. Her presentation on Hand-rearing and release of African penguin chicks abandoned by moulting parents in the Western Cape, South Africa, 2001-2009 will be an important component of the IPC program.
